codec message
 

I have been unable to watch some of the videos I downloaded, I get something about a codec not being downloaded and only get audio. What am I doing wrong? How can I get neccessary codec?

You'll find links for codecs here. Also a link to VLC player if you'd like to try it (has bulit in codecs & plays most things)
Codecs & VLC

We normally recommend VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) as it has in-built codecs & is generally very reliable. You can also downld extra skins for it. But if you only want extra codecs to add to your player then see CODECs list and alternate players for Movies
