Today I tried to download a few songs and many of them would cause a new ie browser to open up and try to direct me to some website. What is the deal with this, what is wrong with Limewire?

Using the latest LW has fixed this for most people. You can get it here

If you want more info, use the search to look for redirected, artistdirect or napster;)
