Need More Sources!?!?!

Every time i go to download a video it says need more sources. its driving me insane please help quick:confused:

Theres heaps of fake files around at the moment, try downloading from a smaller number of hosts (under 50)....This happens with alot of the popular files...
Try using Bitzi this thread will explain what it is and how to use it...;)
