![]() hi i'm quite new to LimeWire so sorry if this is an obvious question! When i download an avi file it just plays the 'ambience' video and not the actual video. I can hear it but i cant see it. Am i doing something wrong? do i need an additional piece of software? or should i just give up and sit in the garden with a beer!!! ![]() |

![]() For people having issues with codecs, we usually recommend them to download the free VLC media player which comes with built-in codecs and can usually play almost every media file typ. It is also very reliable and AFAIK most of the Mods here use it by themseves. You can get it here, so give it a try: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ ![]()
