![]() I have Limewire Pro 4.12.3 but nothing is downloading. Task bar says it is turbocharged, files say connecting but nothing happens. I even went in and uninstalled the limewire accelerator patch I downloaded from mp3 scam artists. The only thing I did recently was install Yahoo Music Engine. Should I uninstall Limepro and reinstall it? If I do what about the fact that I paid for LimePro? Before I installed Limepro I uninstalled the original Limewire program. Everything was working fine when I intstalled LimePro, what is happening? Thanks for the help. Frustrated!! |

![]() The LimeWire Accelerator does not work. It's a gimmick! Beware of dud files. If you find you're getting high search results for popular copyright files, eg: 100 for one, 99 for the next, etc. then those will most likely be spammed fake results. Instead, look for those with 10 or 20 search results further down the results. Also be aware of this & its settings: License requirement (click on link) Otherwise, you could try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) |
