With upgrade, lost all files...pls help!
 

Hi..my story is...went on vacation, shut down my modem, couldn't access internet upon return, call provider for assistance. All ok, but when I tried to logon to LW Pro, I had lost my .exe file and couldn't logon. Went to the link, saw there was an upgrade to 4.12.3 and downloaded it. It works just fine so far, but I've lost all my saved (shared) files and my incomplete files. I've looked in all the usual places to find them, but no go. They've completely vanished. Is this normal with the upgrade or perhaps because I had lost my previous .exe file. I've been chasing these files for 2 days. Any suggestions or should I just bite the bullit and start all over again?

Appreciate whatever advice I can get...thanks a bunch!
