How Do You Upload!!

Im sorry but i have NO idea how to upload. im looking in every single part of limewire, and i cant find where to upload my files. can someone help me please. thanks

Look in the Library for ways to share files and folders.

it says i can share new file. is that how i upload file, just by choosing to share them? i want my files to be downloadable for everyone you know, not just ppl on my computer.
