Continue cancelled download

by mistake i canceled a download that was 600mb/700mb, i found out that, this file is still in my incomplete folder (at least 600mb of it) how can i continue this download? Please help i dont want to download this file again since my connection is limited.

If you have the very latest version of LimeWire search for it again and start the
download. If the file is salvageable LimeWire will resume the download.
