music file is empty
 

all new files i'm downloading do play in a musicplayer, i mean the time elapses... but it doesn't contain any sound or music. the lengths of these songs are about 19 minutes long while they are supposed to be about 4 or 5...
i have installed LW 4.12.3 pro
i only got this problem today, before it all went smooth...
also a point what i have together with this is that all those files that have the problem look like this "file_name .mp3" (i'm aiming at the spaces here)
OS: Windows XP Pro

can anyone please help me with this issue?

a little kick in the hope that someone has a clue or recognises the problem!
