Suddenly its not working
 

last night i was downloading perfectly fine, but now i cant download, it just says "connecting" or "queued" and i have tried downloading other songs as well and they all do the same thing, how can i fix this?

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

It still keeps saying "connecting" deleting the preferences didn't seem to help.

You could also try Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue! for files with zero % & less than 20 KB.
