download disappears
 

hi just wondering if i'm doing something wrong. my download got to 47%, it was a video, at that point i decided to preview it. 2 minutes later i noticed that it was back to 0% and has now started the long process all over again! any way to avoid that happening again? (i'll never preview anything ever again!)
