Default Repeat, repeat, etc....

Hello All,
Brand new here. I have LimeWire basic at home and it works fine. I have downloaded it here at work but, I had to use the offline installer. I have tried to use the recommended Installer but it doesn't seem to work. My co-worker uses bear-share and he can download fine, I went to do that but I cannot find the free version anywhere....I am a mess..so anyway.....

When I try to down load a song as soon as its done it says the file is corrupted.

OR

It downloads it but, when I go to play the song it plays maybe 3 or 4 seconds and the repeats itself over and over again.

Can someone explain it to me??

Read the following thread about this issue:
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...ight=repeating
You can also downlaod the free VLC player with built-in codecs. If it can't play the songs than they're most likely faked files:

Default Using P2P apps in the Work Place

DeathMan

Just a little bit of advice about using P2P apps in the workplace, it may be possible that you and your colleague could be accused of stealing company info and sending it to a competitor and as such lay yourself open to disciplinary action.

Take a look at this article: http://www.computerweekly.com/Articl...ntentContinues

Just be sure, before you install anything “unofficial” on a work’s computer, that you are prepared to ward off any problems that may come your way.
