only downloads in mps

I just updated from 4.08 to 4.12 now all I get is downloads in mp3, I am a little slow in the high tech world and do not have an mp3 player. How do I get wave so I can burn to CD? Is it a setting in limewire or is everybody back to uploading in mp3 and I need to go back to converting again?

Your CD burner should be able to convert mp3's during the burning process. Nero, Roxio & most well known brands of burner programs will do this. Take a look at Burning an audio CD from your MP3's.

BTW you can still download WAV or AIFF or apple lossless (m4a files with a bit rate higher than 320 kbps) or FLAC or APE, etc. if you can find them.

Thanks, I do have Roxio, I was not aware it would convert while burning. I have roxio 5 am upgrading to 8. Thanks for the info. The second part of your reply was above my knowledge. I had no clue what you were talking about.
