Transfering from one version, to another
 

I don't have the most recent/newest version of limewire, so if I download it, will I loose all the previous files I downloaded from the older version of limewire?

You shouldn't lose any of your downloads (I never have) but there have been cases where people have lost the lot!
Have you changed the location of your saved folder (by default it's C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Shared)?

It's always a good idea to back things up, just in case something does go haywire;)
