Default download complete... no songs

I have a list of 7 songs that I have been trying to hear since last night. I can DL some of them but there is never any music actually played. I keep trying to DL them, trying different options, but there is NEVER any music from these songs. Not all of these are new songs.... most of them are in fact decades old.... Anyone know what's going on?

Have you tried to check the file size of the files? And did you try to play them using the LW player?
If so, make sure it is marked under LW>Tools>Options>Player.
If that isn't the problem and the file sizes are correct, try to play them with a different player such as WinAmp or even the free VLC player with built-in codecs available here:

Default i get the same problem

some songs, that i download don't play and some do. file sizes seem to be correct, but when i try to play them, the player is showing 32kbps, and 20 minutes long. it's like the file is stretched out or something.

tried real audio, windows media player, lw, and vlc. nothing works.
