lost it w/replacment of defective computer
 

Around 8/26/06 I downloaded and paid for Pro Version on my credit card with a total of 51.29 that will show up as mktbill.com on my statement.

On 08/31/06 I had to return the computer to Best Buy because the hard drive was defective. They replaced the entire computer. I forgot to uninstall the Lime Wire Pro.

On 09/02/06, I downloaded LW 4.12.6. I am concerned I don't have the Pro version. I am unable to contact support because it does not recognize my email yet.

I wrote down my order number for proof if someone from the support team would contact me.

Also, I paid 23.46 for lifetime full and unlimited access. Somewhere I read that after 6 months LW expires. If that is true, then I don't want to pay 23.46 every six months.

Mate you have been scammed, Limewire is only $18.88 for Pro and that offers you six months of updates and support...There is no lifetime membership for Pro and basic is totally free...
