Will no launch file

Downloaded a 15.612 KB file. On completion it will not launch for secrity reasons?:bangh: :bangh: :bangh:

If it was a .ZIP, .RAR, OR .EXE file, then you're better off with it not launching.
Those files usually contain viruses, trojans and/or worms.
At least you know now that your security program(s) does its job......
