Ok I have tried some more files from the ones I had tried before. I am getting faster speeds now, so it may have just been that those few files that I was testing with were just slow (even though they were rated very high with 200+ hosts). Not to mention those same files were faster on Bearshare.

This may be one reason. I'm not familiar with x64. Use x32 myself and it has the 10 max halfopen connections unless using the patch. Maybe someone else on the forum knows or you can find info on it through ie. Google
