Some time ago I first got into Limewire and purchased Pro from the outset. At the time I had a steam powered PC running Windows 98 - I could never get the damn thing to work. Since then I have upgraded my PC but have been unable to access Pro as for some reason, my email is not recognised. I have my credit card statement to prove I handed over the dough!! Because my email is not recognised, I cannot get access to Pro support. What to do?????:frown:

If you purchased Pro more than six months ago, I'm afraid you will need to pay again. If you still have the pro version it should still work (depending on which version it is), although I feel you might be far better off with the up to date version.

Nah you're not screwed lol ... You can always install Basic and if you like the way it works, and I'm sure it will run better that your old one then a mere $18.88 isn't too much to spend on pro ...imho
