hey, i have a problem (obviously). i am trying to download a film and it refuses to start. i clicked download and it said "connecting". over 50 people had this file on their computer so it is not a question of sources. also, i am able to download music and other files but films just won't download. it has nothing to do with broadband limit either. it just says "connecting" constantly and it won't download. i deactivated the firewall as well. i have tried leaving it for several hours but it still win't work.

there is nothing there about my problem. i can download most music, some of it just says connecting along with any films i try and i can't do anything. where it would say "need more sources" or something it says connecting constantly. i keep trying to download it and even try other films to download but it won't help me at all.
