I am having problems
 

I downloaded music but when I tried to play it....it showed that it was playing...but there was no sound. what do I do to get sound?

Is the song duration really long too? like longer than it should be?

yea....I believe so....it's like 23:30.

yea, I guess the song was way to long....because I downloaded another song and it played. so I guess thats what the problem was. thanks for the help....I'm new at this and I didn't know. :o thanks again.
