 paid for pro but can't download last night i registered and paid for limewire pro. When I went to download it, the install failed and I couldn't get it back. I went to the pro support page and entered my email address that I used when I purchased, but it said the email was an invalid limewire pro address. I called my bank this morning and there are not one but TWO charges for 18.88 on my account. So basically I have paid twice for software I can't download! Any help on how to remedy this situation and be refunded??????  |
