paid for pro but can't download
 

last night i registered and paid for limewire pro. When I went to download it, the install failed and I couldn't get it back. I went to the pro support page and entered my email address that I used when I purchased, but it said the email was an invalid limewire pro address. I called my bank this morning and there are not one but TWO charges for 18.88 on my account. So basically I have paid twice for software I can't download! Any help on how to remedy this situation and be refunded??????

If you have bought LW from the official site: http://www.limewire.com and you didn't get a email with your download link, then please go here and look at the post Mo. 4 of LOTR. There you should find a link to PM RStern. Explain her your problem and she will sort it out for you:

i did the exact same thing paid up and got nowt i'd love to tell u how to get past this but it's a bit naughty

You should have received an email with a link to your personal download page. That link you should bookmark. But if you didn't receive it then follow foolofthehill's advice & send a message to RSterne. Don't fret over the double-payment, LW will fix it up.
