Download dilemma

I'll be downloading a file and when it's done I'll be prompted with:

Limewire has detected that this file may be corrupt. Do you wish to continue the download. Yes or No?

I'll hit YES.

But, my completed download is nowhere to be found.

Thanks!

Also, I'm finding that many files are infected with viruses.
