 Haven't got time right now to get into too many details, but can help you with your screenshot problem. Download this tool http://www.faststone.org/FSCaptureDetail.htm Very easy to use. Save the screenshots as .gif and set colors to 16 in advanced before saving. There is a limit on how big the attachments can be. Then in your reply screen press manage attachments and then browse to the file containing your screenshot. Press upload, and then close the window.
