Forever queued???

Anytime I want to download ANY song, its status is always 'queued.' I know that this means waiting ... but should it be waiting to download for more than three days?

I've tried to just let the program run at night while I sleep and during the day when I'm gone, but it just refuses to download. It doesn't go to 99% or even 1% -- FOREVER queued. :[ This happens for every song.

I don't know much about Limewire or computers or anything so this might be an extremely elementary problem that I've got but I honestly don't know what to do. Can anyone pleaseeeee help me?!

Hi maggiet.

Lets hope this is a simple problem!.

Go to Limewire's tools>options>>downloads >maximum downloads, and check this is set at 1 or more ..5 or 6 might be a good number > click apply>OK

Gosh I can't believe it was that easy of a solution. I'm currently downloading the entire Cute is What We Aim For cd and am ecstatic. Hah!

That's good to hear. I would ask that you refrain from mentioning copyright files, as this is not allowed under the forum rules, but I understand your delight. A little similar to mine. I have been searching for some files for 18 months with no success. Yesterday I discovered the problem. I had omitted an "i" from the search. I love it when a plan comes together
