4kb/s in Limewire 4.12.6

lately, ive been getting speeeds of up to 4kb/s. im on a cable internet connection 8mb/128k but im on wireless. normally, i get speeds of 45kb/s but recently, ive been getitng speeds of 4kb/s. i havnt changed any settings and i have tried this for other downloads but im always stuck on 4kb/s
