 DL speeds stuck low A lot of my downloads get stuck at Connecting... and if they finally do connect, they are stuck between 0-3 kbs, which is very low considering I use Time Warner Cable. I use Windows XP and Norton. This seems to be a recent issue and didnt come about with any major changes on my end. Any advice? LW Pro.  |
