Why is there about 15000 results for virtually every search but i cant download any??
 

Virtually every search i do there are about 15000 results but it always hangs on connecting and eventually says need more sources? i would have thought 15000 would be more than enough???

If what you were searching for were not copyright then this wouldn't happen. Basically for the 99th time of explanation, most of those results are fake. Learn more here Recognising fake files

Instead try those with just a few hosts under the # column of search results. Also use Bitzi. And those with Modem connections can be trusted to be downlded from.

The normal search should throw up a few hundred results. However recently multiple results for useless fake files are trying to take over the network and use of the junk filter will reduce these greatly. If you see single files with hundreds of results you can be fairly sure they are useless junk and so you should only go for files with a number of results from 1-25 or so. I find if I get huge numbers of results, if I wait a bit and search again with a slightlty different search term, I will get the normal ...under 600 or so results and can download what I want.

That was a little bit of a private joke :) It is true however that a great many questions have been asked before and the answers can be found in the forums.. but it may be there are too many answers LOL :D
