Help! I'm new!

Hi, can anyone help me? I downloaded a movie onto limewire. and i would like to copy in to a DVD. but I keep getting a message contains MPEG-4 technologies which QuickTime does not support. How do I transfer it? And I also paid 39.95 to butterfly movies for this. Thanks :
