PLEASE HELP: able to download music but not movies
 

hello, fairly new here and have been able to download mpg, mpeg, mov files in the past, and can still download music files but when i try and download movie/video file it will never find a source and will continue to need more sources untill i cancel download. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.....ty mrricky:confused:

You might be seeing fake files. Do they sit connecting for a long time & then get stuck at 'need more sources'?

Search again, vary your search terms (eg look for actors' names). Try the All Types search. Stay away from files with lots of sources, go for a file with 10 sources or less or those with a modem source.
Look up video files before download with Bitzi, if a file's been rated then you'll see peoples opinions of it. Files with heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating are often fakes:wink:
