 If UPnP is enabled in LW (see LW>Tools>Options>Advanced>Firewall) then you might have to portforward for your router. Somewhere here in this thread under connection problems -click first there should be explained how to do so (or at least a link to the appropriate website to do it): http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showthread.php?t=51361
