Question PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING SONGS.....please advise

When attempting to download a song, my system gives me a message that says "disk problem" and it does not download any of the song. what should i do? what could be the problem???

How much HDD space do you have left? Defragmenting the HDD has worked for some people. Check the post below, it has links to some other 'disk problem' threads. Ignore the last link, it's for a different problem:wink:

You could also use the forum search to look for disk problem...you'll find more threads with different things to try!

okay. i DON'T know what HDD space is. so if you can tell me how to search for it, i can tell how much space i DO have. but, when and if i find this HDD space, how do i defragment it??

HDD = Hard Disk Drive. To find out how much space you have go start > my computer > right click local disk (C) > properties. Then you'll see.

To defrag go start > my computer > right click local disk (C) > properties > tools > defrag now > defragment. Close all open programs before you defrag.
