 My Total Download Speed will jump from 350KBPS to 0KBP. OK like ive never really had this problem before but lately its been acten up alot. Like my total download speed will be 350kbps and itll be rocken but than all a sudden itll start slowen down all the way to 0 and stay there for like lets say 15mins and than speed back up to 350 than itll go back down. I dont know what the problem is.. anyone know?  |
