Problems Connecting

Was hoping that someone would be able to help. I paid for support but I am not getting any information out of them. I am using 360 Share Pro which from what I can gather is the same as Limewire. when I log on the quality of my connection is always connecting and never get past that. I was using the shared folders yesterday so I am not sure what has happened between then and now. I have removed all old versions of Java and I have updated my firewall to permit for Java and for 360 Share pro. Really need some help!

Sorry for disappointing you, but 360 Share and LW have absolutely nothing to do with each other,.......looks like you got scammed.

When I tried to load Limewire I get as far as the Firewall set up Dialogue box and I can't go any further I got so ended up using the other software. Can you help me get past this dialogue box? I have checked my firewall and Limewire is marked permit all.
