need more sourses

hi again,
tonight is the first time ive tried to download movies,
usually its just songs..
now every movie i click on to download it just says need more sourses..

why is this anyone?

i also noticed in my tools you can set a setting for freeloaders etc..what should i set this too..

i also read on faq page that if i dont set my shared folders then i will get refused downloads from people..could this be why im not getting to download films...as theres loads of downloads and loads of sourses (numbers beside name of film) yet i cant even dowload from 1..
should i chamge my shared files or folders ive just got the default setting which is documents and settings shared folder..should i add more as i have nothing in there due to the fact i save my music downloads in diffrent folders depending on the artist..

ps..just read that back and its a bit scatty,im basicly asking am i sharing enough so as to get enough from others or could they be refusing me downloads as im not sharing enough..
