 Last time I saw that, the user had installed a security Suite over an older Antivirus and firewall (Meaning software firewall clash). I removed both and reinstalled the Security Suite and everything was fine. You can be pretty sure this is because of something blocking Limewire, if you don't even see connection attempts  |
