![]() hey all, I've got a really weird problem- I can't download videos of mpeg or mpg format but can get (and play) avi and mp3. when i try to download the mpg or mpeg it just keeps saying connecting or awaiting sources until i have to cancel it. i was able to donwload and play all formats upto a few days ago when someone installed spybot and now limewire is saying that there is a firewall blocking it (ie. the brick's in front of the world). i cant figure out what the problem could possibly be- im still able to download and play avi in quicktime and mp3's in WMP. Anyone got any ideas on what this could be/ how to fix it- im running Windows XP cheers, adi |

![]() I've a suspicion it's to do with fake results ... possibly being mostly mpeg for the ones you're seeking. Recognising fake files Try using Bitzi lookup to check to see if there's any user-feedback. If not, it may not be a valid file. How to use Bitzi Web Lookup |
