Sudden Problems Hi, This is my first post on these forums! I have been using LimeWire for nearly a year now - and have had no problems downloading off there. But just recently, i can download nothing, as i keed getting 'Needs More Sources'. I click find sources, but then the 'awaiting sources' text stays on and doesn't solve anything. Why is this happening to me all of a sudden, any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Tom |

Files that sit connecting for ages & then show 'need more sources' or 'awaiting sources' are probably fake & will never download. Search again, vary your search terms, try the All Types search. Stay away from files with lots of sources, go for a file with 10 sources or less, or those with a modem source. For movies, always check a file before download with Bitzi. A file with heaps of sources but no Bitzi rating is often a fake. How to use Bitzi For music, try the tips in this thread How to find music And for some general info about these fakes Info about fake files |
