uploads

I usually have no problem downloading however I have noticed over the last two weeks that anyone trying to upload off my computer have had nothing but problems....shows "uploading" for a while then shows "connection terminated".

Even though this doesn't affect me, it must be frustrating to those people trying to download. I do not think that this is something that my computer is doing. I do not understand why if I can download why are people consistently having problems uploading off my computer....I do not have a firewall and I have done nothing to change my configuration in the last couple of weeks. Because I have noticed this I checked for and downloaded the latest version 1.8c. This has made no difference.

Anyone have any suggestions.................help.......thanks
