Unable to download PRO
 

Hello,
I know I am posting to the open source forum of Limewire, but I am hoping that someone from the company reads this post. I paid via credit card a week ago to access Limewire Pro. My credit card has been billed, I have not recieved an email for conformation, I cannot download the Pro version. I have a hard time believing that the company is trying to rip me off for $18.88. I cannot find any support because it is done via an email address. When I try to log in it says that I am not a Pro user. If someone could direct me to what I can do I would really appreciate it...
