Waiting on busy hosts, need more sources?

About a month ago this is all I can get when i try download. It first says waiting on busy hosts. Then it says needs more sources, I try to find more, but alas there are none!!! I have removed limewire, reinstalled still same thing! Have not been able to download for a month!!!! Please help me!!

Those files are probably fakes. There's a lot of good info and tips in this Sticky Thread: How to find music :)
