downloaded complete album

hi folks, I am new to this sharing game.
I have just started using LW Pro and things are working fairly well, (some probs.
I am having I have contacted tech. support directly)
My question involves a complete audio album I downloaded, although it plays I can't seem to open the file to see what actual tracks are on it. For info it is an Itunes.mp3 file. Any ideas please?

Is it an albumwrap? If yes, then some you can play as a single file, some you need to extract the songs 1st. I find I can play most. You can find out more here How to Downld whole albums & Albumwrap. Be careful, some are not real albumwraps & are simply all songs combined as a single file.

Which operating system are you using?

LW support might not help, in fact probably will not help if you're asking them to help with copyright files.

lord (Gandalph?)
Thanks for your reply, there is no obvious mention of albumwrap in the file extension so I will try the software download and see what happens. I will let u know.

dowloaded album

Lord,
I downloaded the albumwrap extractor & tried it, no chance!! it flagged up that this was an invalid file type & after reading other comments on those links u sent me I am goin to dump the pesky thing & stick to individual files in future. Regarding the items I am contacting LW about, thre are some oddities on the start page I am enquiring about, nothing to do with files. Thanks for your help anyway.

Granpa

Keep in mind there's more than one type of album file extractor out there.

There are a few of audio formats iTunes can't play. Perhaps you could try Quintessential (QCD). Although it has many audio codecs built in, you can also download xtra ones from their site. It's free.
