Limewire can't find me
 

I need to re-install Limewire Pro which I purchased 2 years ago. When I enter my email addy I am told that email addy is not in the system. Any suggestions?

When you buy LW Pro, your payment entitles you to 6 months of free updates & email support. So your email address won't be in the database if you bought Pro 2 years ago.

If you bought some scam version that said you had a 'lifetime membership' or something... I'm sorry to say it but you were ripped off. The only official site for downloading LW Pro or basic (free) is www.limewire.com.

If you did buy from the official site, you have to realise that it's up to the user to back up installers, so that they're safe if there's a system crash etc.
