Can't clear unfinished downloads
 

A download failed but everytime I restart limewire it continues to try to download eventhough I keep telling it to clear. I've also gone to my library and cleared it from the incomplete files. Any ideas?

Did you clear it or cancel the download? There's a difference. Double-check both the download list & incomplete folder. What else you can do is close LW & go to the incomplete folder & remove it manually.
