downloads keep popping up when i deleted them and then restart limewire

Can somebody please help me...

I downloaded some files, i cancelled the downloads and now everytime I start up limewire they are connecting again...

How can i permanently stop these files from trying to start up downloading again???

Cancel from the download window, close LW. Then remove from the incomplete folder. If still problems, see Incomplete Download File won't delete at all (click on link)
