 that is a manufacturer specific process...i.e. look up your phone at the manufacturers website...you will probably need specific software to do so...

| I have it I have everything I need to do it I just don't know how to do it. I highlight the ones I want, I go to save as and then click on the drive I want them to go to but when I hit save it doesn't work. Do you know what I'm doing wrong? |
