Exclamation i only get the same video over and over again

Can anyone help? My problem is that i downloaded a video that turned out to be something complete different than i wanted, it was a video showing a girl danceing around (way different than what i wanted). Now my problem is that every other video i get is the same one. its like a virus where it changed all of the movies to tha one.

Also when i watch it the internet explorer pops up and goes to some weird site (i exited it before the site loaded fully and i dont remember its url).

So now im thinking should i just reinstall the whole thing? Please help if you know what to do.

PS. this is another problem not got to do with the above. When i go to view any pictures i download all i get is a thing poping up saying "(name of pic) cannot be viewed. error -37" or something like that i dont know if its my pc software isnt good enough or some thing got to do with the download.

The movie clip you mention is spam - many people complain of downloading it. Does it have a .mov extension? I think you can avoid downloading it again by adding .mov to your LW filter.

Sorry for all the posts...

What type of picture file are you trying to open, and what software do you have for viewing pictures?

I have Microsoft Picture Manager and have not had any trouble opening any picture files.

"picture viewer" is the default one (i think) that doesnt work. I figured out i can view the pics by going to the file and using open with and using another progrmam. Do you know how to change the default viewer so i dont have to do that
