Four Star file does not download

I have LW Pro 4.12.6. I clicked on 2 4 star files and they say "awaiting sources" right after clicking on them. Why are they 4 star if they will not DL?

How many sources do these files have?

If there are many sources and it won't download, it's probably a fake file.

Fake files showing up in search results

If there is only one source, then all of the host's upload slots may be occupied.
