Default Nothing happens!

I downloaded limewire, it's in my dock, But when I search for something like music, or f****, nothing comes up. The slice of lime spins around, but 0 files appear.

Thanks for any advice.

Scotty

I have a regular dial-up modem that I believed caused a problem in downloading music. After fiddling around with the "Tools" menu, I think I figured out what the problem is.

Do this:

1) Go to the "Tools" selection.
2) Click on "Options."
3) Click on "Speed."
4) In the section that says "Ultrapeer Capabilities" check the box that says "Disable Ultrapeer Capabilities."

After I tried that, my program started downloading SEVERAL files at once. Of course, each download request incorporates its own message such as "Awaiting Sources", "Need More Sources" or "Busy" but if you right-click each download request, you should be able to either find other sources from which to download or to resume downloading your file.

I hope that I was able to help you.

Yours sincerely,

Soca Lover in Brooklyn (Thank God for Caribbean music!)
